Pan India:

• Orders that are made to order can take 15 days to get dispatched.
• Shipping within India is free of charge.

Please note:

• A slight colour variation can occur in color or embroidery as everything is hand crafted and will not be considered as defects.
• No exchange or credit note will be issued for defects reported after 1 month of delivery.

International Orders & Shipping:

International Shipping:

• Orders that are made to order the specific shipping time will be communicated after order placement. International orders may take approximately 20-25 days for delivery.
• Shipping charges will be based on the client's country/city.
• We're not responsible for custom delays, taxes, and duties.
• Theres no return or exchange on international orders.

If Tevarr sends a damaged product or wrong order, we'll cover the return costs.

• Mark the return package as "returned goods- no commercial value" to avoid extra charges.
