Return & Refund Policy

Eligible for Exchange:

• If we sent you the wrong size.
• If the product arrived damaged.
• If you received a different product than what you ordered.
• All products are eligible for return unless marked under sale, Indigo or Pastel Pop.

Credit Note Details:

• You'll need to email us images of the product at tevarrstudio@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91 9777228396 when initiating an exchange or return.
• The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return.
• If you would like to redeem the credit note please feel free to reach outto us on +91 9777228396.

Exchange Process:

• All exchanges must be authorized by us before returning the goods.
• Please ensure the returned items reach us within 7 working days from the time of delivery.
• The cost of any exchange or return is the customer's responsibility.
• We'll process your exchange after receiving the returned item. You can place an order for the exchanged product or request a credit note.

Exchange Rejection: We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if:

• The products are returned after the stipulated time.
• The items are worn, washed, or lack original tags.
• The return or exchange is not communicated with our team via email or WhatsApp.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
Items are considered faulty or damaged if they have:

• Torn textiles or broken stitches.
• Prominent stains or marks.
• Missing or mismatched buttons.
• A slight colour variation can occur in color or embroidery as everything is hand crafted and will not be considered as defect.

Customized Orders

• Customized orders cannot be returned but can be altered if needed.
• Contact us for sizing assistance.

Shipping Policy:

Pan India:

• Orders that are made to order can take 15 days to get dispatched.
• Shipping within India is free of charge.

International Shipping:

• Orders that are made to order the specific shipping time will be communicated after order placement. International orders may take approximately 20-25 days for delivery.
• Shipping charges will be based on the client's country/city.
  
• Theres no return or exchange on international orders.
